Antique Measuring Tape

1800s measuring tape and dispenser in the shape of a men’s boater hat. The 2.25” x 2” hat is brass and silverplate. The tape is 32” long. The top of the hat has raised lettering that says “Most Hats Cover The Head This Covers The Feet.” Fun collectible!
